Why NightCut exists
Modern life offers endless digital connection — and very few reasons to sit around a table. NightCut is an evening without screens. ⟡Paper,⟡ ⟡conversation,⟡ ⟡wine⟡ and ⟡time.⟡ No experience required. No perfect artwork expected.
Some evenings deserve more than a screen.
The table is set.
The first gathering
Session 01 —
The First Cut
An introduction to the club. No theme, no brief, no expectations — just the first table, the first glasses, the first cuts. You arrive, you pour, you make something with your hands, and you leave with whatever the evening gave you.
Everything is provided: magazines, books, paper, scissors, glue, candlelight, wine and snacks. Come alone or bring someone — the table does the introductions.
Limited to 10 seats — the table only holds ten.

About NightCut
NightCut was created by a small group of designers, artists and image-makers interested in collage, printed matter and slower ways of meeting people.
Built around paper, wine and conversation, NightCut brings strangers together through making something by hand.
Before you ask
Questions
Do I need experience?
No. NightCut is not a class and nobody is grading the results. If you can hold scissors, you have everything you need.
Can I come alone?
Most people do. The table is shared, the group is small, and the evening is built so that introductions happen by themselves.
What is included?
Everything: curated magazines, books, paper, scissors, glue, wine and snacks. You arrive with nothing and leave with a finished collage.
How many people attend?
Ten. The table only holds ten, and we like it that way.
Can I keep my collage?
Yes — whatever you make is yours to take home.
Where does it take place?
At Fábrica Moderna in Marvila, Lisbon. Exact directions are sent after booking.
What language is the event in?
English and Portuguese — the table tends to find its own mix.
